ערכנו השנה לא מעט שינויים, בהם צמצום התפריט ל-19 מנות ומתן דגש על אנטיפסטי ומנות דגה

אין יותר פסטות גדולות, רק 3/4

יהיה מיני תפריט של צלחות פיצקיות עם ירקות כבושים, דגים מלוחים, ונקניקים, הכל תוצרת בית

ומנה עיקרית בשם שרימפ מרטיני- שרימפ ים תיכון צלויים, על רביולי דלעת ומרטיני ביאנקו

בקרוב נעלה תמונות ותפריט דוגמא

ממליץ לכולם לבוא להפרד מתפריט החורף, הנהנה בימים אלה ממש מטוויסטים מרעננים של אפונה טרייה, פול ירוק ושורשי אביב


Hello boys & girls,

Summer’s coming up and with it our new summer menu. So, first order of business is to come and say your good-byes from the old winter menu, which is now enjoying the wonderful spring greens and root-vegetables such as fresh green peas & fava beans, springs herbs & parsnips!

Next order of business is the summer menu, which will be brief & light, with plenty of sea-food and home made pickled vegetables, cured meats and salt-brined fish.

The new menu will be printed upon my return from 2 weeks in Paris! So expect a slight French breeze throughout the menu.

Sample menu and more photos will be added shortly.

The Berlin Wall

These are some photos I took of the Berlin wall when I was there a few months ago.
Berlin is an amazingly vibrant city, with a very new and young energy, contrasted by it's historic land marks and "old Europe" appearance.

It was a breathtaking experience to witness this tremendous chunk of history. Embodied in what was once a horrid, forbidding structure, symbolic of fear, alienation and separation, all within a concrete wall, picketed with barbed-wire and guarded by boys with guns.

It was even more exciting to see what had been done with it's ruins. Colored with air-brushes and strokes of radiant colors of paint, the once wall of wars is now a spectacular platform for modern art and self- expression.
I only hope I'll live to see the same done with the wall in our back yard.

שלום לכולם, חברים וחברות, אני יוגב ירוס,ממסעדת מל ומישל

אני בכוונה בוחר לא להשתמש במונח שף כיוון שאף פעם לא קרץ לי התואר הזה, שלעניות דעתי נכון יותר למטבחי מישלן גדולים וסבוכים באירופה שכדוגמתם יש מעט מאוד במחוזותינו.

ברגעים אלו ממש השלמתי את המלאכה (הקלה מאוד למרבה פליאתי) בפתיחת בלוג אישי.
תמיד היה נראה לי משהו מגניב, אז אמרתי "what the hell" והלכתי על זה. אז עכשיו אני על המפה הווירטואלית ואנסה לנצל את הבמה כמיטב יכולתי.
אין לי מוסג מה בדיוק אכתוב או אפרסם בפלטפורמה שרכשתי בקלות כמעט מביכה זו, אבל אני בהחלט מקווה שאמצא לפחות אדם אחד משועמם מספיק בכדי לגלות עניין (ולו קטן) בקשקושים שלי.
סביר להניח שיהיו הרבה דיבורי אוכל, בישול ויין יחד עם קצת חוויות אישיות, דעות באי אילו נושאים (החיים, עבודה, בילויים, תלונות, אלכוהול,מסעדות ושאר ירקות).
